The veterinary receptionists will ask you to arrive early for your appointment to complete necessary paperwork and update your records. Please inform us of any anticipated delay greater than 10 minutes from your appointment time. Our receptionist will be able to determine how this will affect wait time and may recommend that you reschedule to avoid a prolonged wait.
For your safety and the safety of all our clients and staff, we ask that all pets be secured on a leash or in a safely latched carrier.
We will be happy to assist you with your prescription refills. For your convenience, you may request a refill online or call the clinic directly. We make every effort to make your pet’s prescription available to you as quickly as possible. Twenty-four hour advanced notification of your prescription refill need will allow us to have your prescription ready when you arrive. Prescriptions that are special order may take longer to fill, so watch your quantities carefully so together we can make sure your best friend doesn’t go without medication! Additionally, some prescription diets are special order and can take up to one week to arrive.
Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you will be unable to keep your appointment as scheduled. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, a missed appointment fee of $31.00 will be applied to your account.
